Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing may require additional time.

• Europe: 4–9 business days
• International: 7–15 business days

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Tracking updates may require 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
